1. Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a return policy with the following conditions:
a. Eligibility Criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging, including tags, manuals, and any accessories that were included with the item. Watches must be free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or engraved items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
- Watches that have been worn or altered in any way (e.g., resized, scratched)
b. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Duties and Taxes: For international customers, customs duties and taxes incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

b. Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
c. Packing and Shipping
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Please include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Shipping Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:
a. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- For PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay users, refunds are generally processed within 3 business days.
b. Partial Refunds
If the returned item is in a used or damaged condition (e.g., scratched, worn, altered), we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition. In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
c. Refund Denials

4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below for a quick resolution:

- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.

b. Return Instructions
Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you, and we will replace the defective item with a new one, or offer a full refund, depending on availability.
