2. Pricing and Payment

We process orders during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day.

  • In Stock Items: For items that are in stock, we will typically ship your order within 2-3 business days.
  • Pre-Orders: If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, we will ship it as soon as the item is available in stock. The estimated ship date will be provided during checkout.

b. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it promptly. However, you may contact us at info@narifrostnie.com or (518) 747-0102 to request a cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return procedure will apply.

c. International Shipping
